I’m a full-time therapist, and several years ago I started crafting small polymer clay “nugs” as tangible anchors for my clients during guided meditations. These pieces became transformational objects — something to hold during grounding exercises, moments of overwhelm, or personal breakthroughs. Over time, they became symbols of resilience, growth, and self-compassion. What started as a therapeutic tool slowly grew into something more.

Each nug is handcrafted from polymer clay and thoughtfully finished — often sealed with resin or satin coatings for durability and a comforting tactile feel. Every curve, color choice, and design carries intention.
