Handmade Gothic Polymer Clay MindfulNug | Spooky Character Worry Stone (Choose Character)

A little dark. A little strange. Completely lovable. 🖤

Meet the Spooky Cute Gothic Collection — a gathering of wonderfully odd, beautifully moody characters for anyone who finds a little comfort in the unusual.

Each MindfulNug begins as deep charcoal polymer clay that I shape entirely by hand. I press my thumb into the clay to create the gently concave area that will eventually hold the artwork. As I do, my fingers naturally leave subtle grooves and impressions on the back.

I leave them there.

They're part of the story of how your Nug was made — by human hands, for human hands.

Before the clay is baked, I hand-paint the Nug with mica, creating the beautiful metallic shimmer that moves across the surface as the light changes. After baking, your chosen artist print is added to the thumbprint area and finished with resin.

The result is a small piece that's wonderfully tactile, beautifully imperfect, and completely individual.

No two Nugz are exactly alike.

CHOOSE YOUR CHARACTER

Browse the numbered character images in this listing and find the wonderfully weird little soul that feels like yours.

Select the corresponding number from the Choose Your Character menu, and I'll create your MindfulNug especially for you using that artwork.

Because every Nug is individually formed, painted, baked, assembled, and finished by hand, please expect natural variations in shape, mica application, finger grooves, artwork placement, and resin.

Those variations aren't defects.

They're evidence that your Nug was made rather than manufactured.

MADE TO BE HELD

A MindfulNug is part worry stone, part pocket hug, part tiny piece of art.

Its rounded shape sits comfortably in your palm, while the gently concave artwork area gives your thumb a natural place to rest. Turn it over and you'll feel the subtle grooves created by my fingers during the shaping process.

Keep yours beside your computer, tuck it into a pocket, hold it while you're thinking or reading, place it on your nightstand, or display it on your desk when it isn't in your hand.

It doesn't have to do anything.

Sometimes it's simply nice to have something small and tangible to hold.

ABOUT THE ARTWORK

The beautiful character artwork featured in this collection was created by Diana of Diana Serenity Studio and is used with permission.

I'm delighted to incorporate Diana's wonderfully imaginative artwork into MindfulNugz — and more of her beautiful work will be featured in upcoming MindfulNugz collections. Stay tuned.

Each finished piece is individually handcrafted by MindfulNugz using polymer clay, hand-painted mica, the selected artist print, and resin.

Please note: Because each MindfulNug is handmade, your finished piece will have its own unique variations. Colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen.
